ImageAI provides AI-powered image generation and editing tools. You must comply with all applicable laws when using our service.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate registration information and maintain credential confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property
The copyright of ImageAI platform belongs to ImageAI. Users own the generated images but not the underlying platform technology. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not: • Attempt unauthorized access to proprietary code or systems • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization • Disrupt or attempt to bypass service security • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content • Use the service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Fees are subject to change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Refund requests for subscription credits must be made within 3 days of purchase and are subject to usage limits as described in our Refund Policy. No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. ImageAI may terminate or suspend your account with or without notice for any violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ImageAI disclaims all warranties and limits liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall ImageAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable jurisdiction laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
