This Refund Policy governs how you can request reimbursement for subscription credits purchased through ImageAI.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of your purchase
  • Only subscription credits are eligible for refund — add-on credits are non-refundable
  • If you have used more than 100 subscription credits, you are not eligible for a refund regardless of the time since purchase

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for refund
  3. Submit your request within the 3-day window from purchase

Processing Details

Upon receipt, we will review your request and notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method. The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment.
