• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or depicts real individuals without consent
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, or spread misinformation (deepfakes, fake news)
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Content Moderation

All prompts and generated images are subject to automated content moderation. Our system actively filters and blocks content that violates this policy. Users who repeatedly attempt to circumvent content filters may have their access permanently revoked.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: content being blocked from generation, temporary suspension of your account, permanent termination of your account, or reporting to law enforcement if the content is illegal. ImageAI reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action at its sole discretion.
